 From my perspective, this is good. Seeing it done on multi-platform publishing, and doing it themselves but not that well, should make people want to try the food when it has been prepared by an expert. I have two to four minute versions of my videos for spreading on Facebook and Twitter, and 15-minute to one-hour versions on YouTube that can also be shown in high definition on Connected TV.
